Head of Finance

Manage the Accounting, Controlling, Administration, Treasury and Customs Officer (6 staff)
Lead the monthly and yearly closings and the preparation of tax and accounting packages
Optimize and implement tools for global monitoring of the company’s performance
Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts and propose corrective actions
Produce and communicate financial and operational reports to the board of directors and the group (Monthly Business Review).
Negotiate with banking partners a loan (15 MMAD / 1.4 M€) and cash facilities (9 MMAD / 0.8 M€) as well as various insurance contracts
Conduct a cost saving action plan to reduce expenses by 3200 KMAD / 300 K€
Develop the group’s strategy by establishing business plans and financial packages for several development projects
Validate all social and tax declarations with the accounting department
Organize boards of directors meetings and general assemblies

Division FP&A

Set up the financial structure of the division and integration of new companies
Manage the monthly closing operations of the division on 3 different continents and across multiple sites.
Develop and present monthly and quarterly reports for top management on KPIs of the division.
Analyse the accuracy of forecasts and budgets and ensure the proper application of financial and operational rules.
Oversee the implementation of the new Oracle Hyperion reporting system at the division level.

Cost Estimation Engineer

Estimate costs for cars decorative interior parts in different surfaces: Aluminium, Wood, Carbon, Foil, Stone and Synthetic
Support the engineering and design process by comparing different processes, production materials and production locations on the basis of calculations
Lead Make or Buy studies together with controlling and engineering to improve cost position or supply delivery performance and support market value proposition
Set accurate, aggressive and achievable Piece Cost target with logic and clear format to achieve the overall business objectives
Carry out analysis of cost structures to ensure consistency and accuracy
Implement and monitor cost down measures to support production savings

Program & Platform Financial Controller

Implement improvements to cash flow reporting System with the SAP Team
Work with different departments to produce cash flow forecasts, to help ensure adequate financing in short, mid, and long term.
Analyse deviations between actual results, forecasts and budgets and initiate actions
Assist with the long-term strategic planning for multi-year cash flow and R&D projections for different programs and Identify areas of financial risk, present findings, and make recommendations to the management
Develop applicable monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annual financial reports
Monitor the financial performance of programs – run rate, profitability analysis, budget variance

Financial Analyst

Develop the business model of “Les Opticiens Libres”
Implement a budget tracking tool for Marketing and Sales Department
Undertake costing of existing and possible products and services and consider possible pricing strategies
Monitor the profitability of different products and ensure it matches management expectations
Work with sales and Marketing support to provide pricing to sales team for current and prospective customers
Provide management with analytical review of financial reports to ensure accuracy and act on any discrepancies
